Another two groups of U13 players had the chance to experience and to peek into the Hungarian youth development program. In total there were around 80 players that took part in the process of developing their individual skills and getting a better understanding of the game.

With this age group the development program is geared for them to love the game, they want to have fun on the ice and learn through playing games, or that they are learning through playing games, doing drills, races and relay races. This is a great opportunity for the individual players to learn and to take their newly acquired knowledge back to their home teams.

This age group will be back for another mini camp in the middle of November.

Head Coach Márton Vas: We had two great group of guys, of course not every player is the same. We tried to get them on the right track for the love of the game, through games and fun drills. We did a lot of races and relay races, we are through two really fun days. For me it wasn’t work but more relaxing. There are alot of skilled kids in this age group. Of course some of the guys will still grow and catch up to the others through hard work. We just want them to love the game and to work hard.
